What happens if I arrive late?
If you turn up more than 5 minutes after your game has started, timer will start at 5 minutes into the game & you will only have the remaining time (not the full hour).
What are the age requirements?
Players under 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver for them. For children under 12, being accompanied by a paying adult while playing is mandatory
Can I use my phone or camera in the room?
The use of electronic devices or any other tools, is strictly prohibited. Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. If you do, then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game
Booking & Payment
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
You cannot reserve a slot without payment, 100% deposit is required to secure a booking. No refunds will be given. You may reschedule your booking, up to 24h before your appointment.
